Food for Thought

This morning, as I lay in bed wondering how a dog who weighs maybe all of 20lbs, and 2 kittens that are not even 2 months old, could manage to push me to the point of almost being completely off my bed. Didnt seem right in my book, I started to think how can I make myself better, Happier… While par-rousing Pinterest as I often do and think to myself, “Man these people are crafty!!” I stumbled upon this and I thought is was brilliant to go into my blog. Sooo here it is….

50 things to do by yourself!!! Are you ready ?

  1. Start your own vegetable patch or herb garden
  2. Cook something you have never made before
  3. Spend a day at a museum or art gallery
  4. Meditate- sit or be still
  5. Make a list of how you want to feel.
  6. Have dinner at a nice restaurant
  7. Read your favorite chapter from a book you love
  8. Go to a farmers market
  9. Go for a walk in nature
  10. Make popcorn and have a movie night
  11. Listen to an album from start to finish without doing anything else.
  12. Go out for a long Sunday brunch
  13. See a film at the cinema
  14. Created a mixed tape or playlist
  15. Do a grocery shop at your favorite organic grocers
  16. Ride your bike
  17. Rearrange your wardrobe
  18. De-clutter your home
  19. Visit the florist and pick out a bunch of flowers
  20. Create a calming space in your home
  21. Make an alter for your crystals, meditation bowl, and candles
  22. Donate your old books and clothes to charity

Here are just a few things you can do, maybe some dont appeal to you, but that also might be your problem is that you never push yourself out of your comfort zone. I bet if you guys did you would be amazed at the things you found you liked and didnt like. Dont be so quick to judge things that are different!!!
